I build software and run it like a product rather than a side project. Agile in practice: start at a minimum viable product, keep a prioritised product backlog, ship in iterations instead of one big drop.

AI makes building fast enough that the bottleneck shifts from writing the code to deciding what should be built: what goes into this iteration, what waits, what gets cut entirely. I learned that on the waiver app, where I was the product owner as well as the one building it. Once the product backlog outgrew my ability to prioritise it, every new feature started costing me a working one.
