A project tracker for teams running delivery work. Projects break down into phases, milestones and tasks, with templates and checklists to start from rather than a blank page. There are forms, a calendar by go-live date, reports, an archive, and team invites with role permissions.

What I Built
A project breaks down into phases, milestones and tasks. Templates and checklists give you something to start from instead of a blank page, a calendar orders the work by go-live date, and reports read off what is actually in the plan. Finished projects go to an archive rather than cluttering the list, and teams are invited in with role permissions.
What Got In The Way
I built the first version in Next.js, then rebuilt the whole thing in Django over six phases with 166 tests. The rebuild cost me the head start, but Python has the stronger ecosystem for the data, automation and AI work I want this to reach later.
It runs on Vercel’s free tier, chosen over AWS Lambda, with the database on Supabase’s free tier. Supabase pauses a free project that sits idle, and a paused project stays down until someone restores it by hand, so a scheduled job runs every night to keep it active.
It is a side project I build at weekends, and it is live.
