Project Tracker
A project tracker for teams running delivery work. Projects break down into phases, milestones and tasks, with templates and checklists to start from rather than a blank page, forms, a calendar by go-live date, reports, an archive, and team invites with role permissions.

How It Was Built
A side project I build at weekends. It began in Next.js, then I rebuilt it in Django over six phases with 134 tests, because Python opens it up to the automation, data and AI tooling it can connect to later. It runs on its own domain on Vercel’s free tier, chosen over AWS Lambda, with a nightly job that keeps the free database awake.
